What counts as a seat
A seat is used by any person who is evaluated, or who evaluates someone else. That is rarely just your principals: assistant principals, directors, deans and department chairs are evaluated on the MLPR, and they need a seat too. Someone who does both (a director who is evaluated by the superintendent and who evaluates three principals) uses one seat, not two.
Evaluation Coordinators who only administer the district use none. Deactivating a person frees their seat immediately while keeping their records.
Your roster shows the seat impact of a change before you commit to it, so you are never surprised by an invoice.
If you already pay for the rubric
Many districts running the MPPR or MLPR inside another evaluation platform pay a separate per-person license for the instrument itself, on top of what that platform costs.
Here that license is part of the seat price. It is replaced, not added to, so when you compare us with what you pay now, compare against both of your current lines, not just the platform one.
If you are moving from another system, we do the district setup with you and there is no separate implementation fee.
