Anyone who is evaluated, or who evaluates someone else, needs a seat. Evaluation Coordinators who only administer the district do not consume one. A seat is per person per year rather than per evaluation, so a principal evaluated three times in a year is still one seat.

No. The MPPR/MLPR license is included in the per-seat price, on one invoice. If your district currently pays a separate per-person rubric license so it can run the instrument inside another platform, that separate license is replaced rather than added to.

Principals are evaluated on the MPPR, the Multidimensional Principal Performance Rubric. Every other school and district leader is evaluated on the MLPR, the Multidimensional Leadership Performance Rubric: assistant principals, superintendents, assistant superintendents, directors, deans and department chairs. The right one is suggested automatically from the job role on their record, so an evaluator does not have to remember which is which.

Yes. Your Evaluation Coordinator gives each domain a share of 100 points. A domain weighted zero is left out of the evaluation entirely, which is also how optional areas such as goal setting are switched on. Evaluations already under way keep the setup they began with.

We create your district, you import your roster from a CSV with a dry-run preview that shows exactly what will happen before anything is created, then you adopt a rubric version and set your weights. Bringing historical evaluations across from another vendor is a separate conversation, so tell us what you have.

Your district does, and there are two ways to take it with you. Any time you like, your Evaluation Coordinator can export the evaluation record to Excel, or request a complete encrypted backup of the district including the evidence files. Every export is recorded against the name of the person who ran it.

Yes. Your Evaluation Coordinator can request a backup of the whole district from inside the app. It is built in the background and you are emailed when it is ready, because gathering every evidence file takes a while for a large district. You choose a passphrase at the moment you download it, and the file is encrypted with that passphrase. We never hold it, so nothing on our servers can open your backup. Backups are available to download for a limited time and then expire.

Take a backup and an export first, then your Evaluation Coordinator can request deletion of the district from inside the app. There is a 30-day hold before anything is removed, and the request can be cancelled at any point during it. There is no exit process to negotiate and nothing to ask us for.

A six-sheet workbook: a summary, domain scores, item scores, evidence, the narrative record, and the export parameters themselves. You can filter by status and by start date before running it.

Yes, and it is built for one. The scoring screen puts the four performance levels side by side in landscape and keeps save and submit in thumb reach rather than at the top of the page.

By default, yes. Districts that prefer to discuss results in person first can turn on a release gate, so the evaluation appears but its numbers stay hidden until the evaluator releases them. Acknowledgement is held back too, so nobody is asked to sign off on figures they cannot see.

With a one-time passcode sent to their work email and entered in the app. There is no password to manage, reset or leak.

Yes. A district can rename the core terms, calling an evaluation an appraisal, a review or an observation, and calling evidence artifacts. Every screen, the help guide and the emails all pick up your words.

Most districts are running within a week. The work is importing your roster, choosing a rubric version and setting your domain weights. There is no data migration in the usual sense unless you are bringing history across.
